Zeus has spoken for the next games of the Olympiad! Expand the Medals to Five... Or Else!

Zeus made an announcement earlier this day.  Threatening the Olympic Committee, to expand to medals for 4th and 5th place.  His logic is thus, since there are five rings, the top five must get a medal.
