Perhaps a social jusTice approach? Changing systems for fairness or logic is poor motivation. Change for profit and social progress has better momentum. Thus when you have more athletes win, they get more winners, thus more ad endorsement opportunities!!!!!! And for social justice of other nations to less endowed with western privilege!!!
